Central kitchen cold room is built based on kitchen flow process, to distribute raw material, half finished material for restaurants and catering chain stores. It apply for mega chain store brands and surely enhance core competitiveness of its products.

It shall be at least 25 meters away from manurepit, waste water pit, rubbish open ground etc. And avoid to be situated in dust, poisonous gas, radioactive material and other diffusive pollutants.
